And they shall see HIS FACE...

God's word is very enlightening. It shows us all the mind of God and His ways. It shows us his past dealings with his people and what His plans are for us today and in the future. One of the blessings He has brought to past for his servants is that "we shall see his face" and according to the bible when one sees God's face big things are in store. It seems to represent His presence, favor etc.

Looking up FACE led to many descriptive scriptures that tell of the "seeing of His face" or not. It pointed out only a few but powerful scriptures, with some cross references here. For the rest I have put the link below for further study. This is our inheritance in the Lord!

Seeing His Face: Favorable

And there shall be no more curse: but the throne of God and of the Lamb shall be in it; and his servants shall serve him:  And they shall see his face; and his name shall be in their foreheads. Rev 22:3-4 

The LORD make his face shine upon thee, and be gracious unto thee: Num 6:25

Seek the LORD and his strength, seek his face continually.
1Ch 16:11

He shall pray unto God, and he will be favorable unto him: and he shall see his face with joy: for he will render unto man his righteousness.Job 33:26

And Jacob called the name of the place Peniel: for I have seen God face to face, and my life is preserved. Gen 32:30

And when Gideon perceived that he was an angel of the LORD, Gideon said, Alas, O Lord GOD! for because I have seen an angel of the LORD face to face. Judges 6:22



...though Jesus, through grace, covered this to the Believer:
Hiding His Face, unfavorable

But your iniquities have separated between you and your God, and your sins have hid his face from you, that he will not hear.Isa 59:2

Then shall they cry unto the LORD, but he will not hear them: he will even hide his face from them at that time, as they have behaved themselves ill in their doings.Mic 3:4
